The CrossFit Games events are made up of a broad range of functional movements. Functional movements move large loads, long distances, quickly. These movements also form the basis of our exercise program. Make no mistake—the CrossFit Games are designed to test, not train, fitness. The goal is to find the fittest athletes, not to produce an easily replicable workout program.
This is when Affiliates around the world get together and give it all they've got to be the best they can be at CrossFit and see how they have improved from 2014. For some athletes this may be their first attempt at the opens and they will set themselves a benchmark for next year. CrossFit 2650 is no different with crew members getting together every Sunday for 5 weeks to give it their best.
