OUR CLASSES

5.30am Class
Mon,Tue,Wed,Thur,Fri

 Most members that attend this  session are definitely what we refer to as the "early bird catches the worm"type of people, who get in their fitness fix first thing in the morning before the daily grind.
Our classes always run on time and we strive to get you in and going so that you can get a good start to the day.

9.15am Class
Mon,Tue,Wed,Thur,Fri

Our 9.15am Classes are not just about the work: its a relaxed atmosphere with no pressures. The majority of us are mums who can feel free to bring their kids along. Its not just mums though, we have Uni students, people who come in on their days off, shift workers and we also have teachers and other parents who like to come in during the holidays.
Our child friendly area is big enough to fit babies to school aged children, they are in full view of everyone during the sessions, while being tucked safely away.

4.45pm Class
Mon,Wed,Fri

​This is our Kids Class where we use activities that kids naturally enjoy and provide a fitness program that is safe, fun and energetic. Our CrossFit kids program uses a combination of skill practice, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning in children.

5.30pm & 6.30pm Class​
Mon,Tue,Wed,Thur,Fri

This is the most popular class by far, it is not to early and not to late you can get there just after work and get your fix of fitness and be home in time to get dinner and anything else you needed to get done.

7.30am Class
Sat ONLY

This class is generally our big grinder. This is what you trained all week for and now it is time to test it out. At times we will go and celebrate our efforts by getting a coffee or a bite to eat.
